Finishing up the door frame, will be starting on bathroom

door’s will be building two door’s that open to the inside.

 

Building bathroom door's will build two door's that swing back to bathroom area so want take up much room.

Started out with 1”x4”x6’ cut down the center of board to give me a 2” board to work with.

After cutting board’s I cut the corner at a 45 degree angle.

 

Got the angle’s cut and the 1/4” plywood used for the door panel.

On the 1”x2” frame I routed out a grove so the plywood would slide into the frame this makes

a good tight fit .The panel is glued into place and the corner glued and air braded together.

 

Glue plywood to wooden frame and air nail,

 

Hanging door's to see how they look.

Used spring loaded door keeper, still have to sand and clear coat.
