On this project I will start on the removal of the under belly pan had some corrosion
but as long as you have the belly pan down you should go ahead and replace the insulation..
and clean the frame off with wire brush then coat with a good sealer por15 frame paint.
That is if the customer wants to do so if you chose not to that is up the the customer.
(At least clean good before installing the insulation)
